Accident: Three people suffered minor injuries at 2:11 p.m. Sunday at Columbet and Church avenues in San Martin. A 17-year-old male from Morgan Hill, driving a 1995 Toyota southbound at 50 mph, failed to stop at the intersection and struck a 2002 Volkswagen driven eastbound at 35 mph by John Murphy, 50, of San Martin. The Toyota rolled several times, ejecting its driver. According to the report by the California Highway Patrol, he was wearing a seatbelt. Both drivers and a 13-year-old girl from Morgan Hill who was a passenger in the Toyota, were taken to San Jose Medical Center by Calstar air ambulance. The incident is under investigation.

Fraud: A Morgan Hill resident reported the resident was contacted by a collection agency for Cingular Wireless about an account that was past due in the amount of $700. The account was opened in Sacramento using the resident’s name and Social Security number. The report was taken on Oct. 22 at 3:31 p.m.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported his ex-girlfriend is suing his debit card. The report was taken at 7:56 a.m. on Oct. 26.

Battery: A Morgan Hill resident reported during an accident with the manager of a gas station, the manager hit him in the chest. The report as taken on Oct. 23 at 10:38 a.m.

Auto burglary: A resident of Silverwings Court reported he walked out to his vehicles in the morning and found all the doors open on his Chevy truck and his Yukon Denali. He told police that $60 and a credit card was stolen from one of the vehicles. The report was taken on Oct. 23 at 8 a.m.

• A resident of the 16500 block of Del Monte Avenue reported a locked Honda Accord was broken into and a stereo, CDs and cash were stolen. One window was broken. The report was taken at 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 25.

Indecent exposure: A Morgan Hill resident reported she was “flashed” by a male in the parking lot by Starbucks in the Vineyard Town Center. The report was taken on Oct. 22 at 2:44 p.m.

Threats: A resident of the 16900 block of Sorrel Way reported a suspect known to the resident was throwing things at the windows of her residence and threatening her. She told police the suspect told her he was going to pay someone to kill her. The report was taken on Oct. 22 at 10:14 a.m.

• A resident of the 16800 block of Barnell Avenue reported four Norteno gang members were threatening her husband’s life. She told police the suspects were drunk and had sticks, but she didn’t see a gun. The report was taken at 6:31 p.m. on Oct. 23.

• A guest at the Rancho Motel reported her husband was hitting her for several days and threatened to tie her up and slit her throat. The report was taken on Oct. 26 at 4:55 p.m.

Burglary: Live Oak High reported two burglaries, one amount was $1,400 and the other was $700. The report was taken on Oct. 22 at 10:51 p.m.

• Both the A and B units of a duplex on Warren Avenue were broken into within a week. The report was taken at 2:53 p.m. on Oct. 22.

• The China Orchid was broken into overnight. Shrimp and the cash register were stolen. The report was taken on Oct. 23 at 11:07 a.m.

• Britton Middle School reported someone attempted to break into portables 48, 49 and 50. There were marks around the winds where someone apparently tried to pry them open, and one of the windows had been partially opened. The report was taken at 12;49 p.m. on Oct. 23.

• A house under construction on San Pedro Avenue was reportedly broken into, and someone had defecated on the floors. The report was taken on Oct. 24 at 8:49 a.m.

Child abuse: A Morgan Hill resident reported she is in the process of divorcing her children and her husband has been exposing her children to Internet pornography. The report was taken on Oct. 23 at 2:40 p.m.

Vandalism: A resident of Terracina Apartments reported suspects hit her vehicle and a window of the residence with a paintball, and a window was broken. The report was taken at 3:54 p.m. on Oct. 24.

Stolen vehicle: A Morgan Hill resident reported her Honda Accord stolen when it was at the shop. The report was taken on Oct. 24 at 1:56 a.m.

• A resident of the 200 block of Tennant Avenue reported a locked Honda Prelude parked in the carport area of the apartments overnight was stolen. The stereo had been stolen two or three weeks before, and a new stereo had just been installed a few days ago. The report was taken at 12:11 p.m. on Oct. 26.

Tampering with a vehicle: A Morgan Hill resident reported his rear license plate removed from his truck. The report was taken on Oct. 24 at 3:08 p.m.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported someone stole the rear license plate from a Plymouth Acclaim while it was parked at the Farmer’s Market. The report was taken at 12;05 p.m. on Oct. 25.

• The rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 3200 block of Quail Lane. The report was taken on Oct. 25 at 5:43 p.m.

Petty theft: A resident of the 17300 block of Walnut Grove Drive reported seven masks used for decoration in her front yard were stolen overnight. The report was taken on Oct. 22 at 12:15 p.m.

• A resident of the 17500 block of Calle Del Sol reported that while the resident and his wife were out of town on the Saturday before, his teenage daughter invited a couple of friends over and the friends stole a collection of tequila bottles. The report was taken at 5:38 p.m. on Oct. 22.

• A resident of the Crest Avenue Apartments reported that the communal mailboxes were broken into. The report was taken on Oct. 22 at 7:13 p.m.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported she put her purse on the counter at Starbucks and left, and when she returned it was gone. The purse contained a cell phone, checkbooks, an original birth certificate and Social Security card, a wallet, drivers license and credit cards. The report was taken at 3:33 p.m. on Oct. 23.

• Walgreens reported a suspect stole a basket full of items from the store. The report was taken on Oct. 23 at 4:24 p.m.
