A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at 2:00 P.M., at Chapel of the Hills.  Louis Trebino passed away at his home in Auburn surrounded by his loving family on August 7, 2013. He was 87. Louis was born in San Martin, CA on September 4, 1925.
 He proudly served his country in the US Navy during WWII from 4/8/43 to 3/8/46 aboard the USS Reno, CL 96. Louis met the love of his life, Emelie G. Trebino, in 1958 and were married for 33 years.
 He worked at a cannery in Hollister, CA for 30 years. Louis then retired and opened his own electrical contracting business in Auburn. Louis loved to meet with fellow Navy folks at the monthly Navy League meeting and was the past president. He attended his grandson’s weekly softball games for years and was declared the #1 softball fan in the Auburn Journal.
 He was honored and loved by family and many friends everywhere. Louis is preceded in death by his loving wife Emelie Trebino, his sister Louise Trebino Hatton, and his parents Louis A. Trebino and Josephine Corbari Trebino.
 He is survived by his son Rodrick Trebino; daughters Sandra Andre, Felicia Watkins, Jeannine Swanson, and Nancy Trebino; brothers John and Anthony Trebino; sister Norma Martinetti; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
