Services will be held at Lima-Campagna-Johnson Funeral Home in Morgan Hill, on Monday, April 18, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer’s Foundation would be appreciated.
 Jean Marie Castle passed into the arms to the Angels in Friday, April 8th, at the age of 92. She was born in San Francisco on September 29, 1923, the daughter of Italian immigrants, Adolfo and Cecile Rielli.
 After graduating from Mountain View High School, Jean attended San Jose State College and graduated from Heald’s School of Business. She worked for the Santa Clara County Fair Association and Ames Research Laboratory before marrying Thomas S. Castle in 1946.
 They moved to Morgan Hill in the late 1950’s, where her husband was owner operator of A L Castle, Inc and Thomas S. Castle Farms, along with many years as a civic leader in town. 
 Jean was involved in 4-H, serving as Community Leader in the Paradise Valley 4-H. She was also President of Children’s Hospital Home Society and active in St. Catherine’s Church among other organizations. 
 Besides her family, her passions were golf and bridge. She was a member of Coyote Creek Golf Club and Gilroy Ladies Golf group.
 She was the loving mother of three children; Nancy of Morgan Hill, Jamie of Morgan Hill and Michael of Capitola. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Robin Mayer (Ray) of Carmel, Stephanie Castle of Davis, Christine Castle of San Diego and Christopher Castle of San Francisco. She was the cherished great-grandmother of Ashley, Morgan and Charlotte. 
 She was preceded in death by her brother, Lewis.
