Morgan Hill – A former employee of Morgan Hill-based Sharp Precision Manufacturing has triggered a civil rights lawsuit against the company, alleging sexual harassment and discrimination of her Mexican American heritage.

Registrar Mails Sample Ballots
Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters has begun mailing sample ballots for the Nov. 7 general election. Mailing will continue over the coming weeks. For this election, the Registrar's Office must produce and distribute 177 variations of the ballot in five languages.
