Morgan Hill Swim Club to host swim clinic at Aquatics Center
The three-time national award winning swim team will kick off its 45th straight season of representing the Morgan Hill community in USA Swimming by hosting its annual fall swim clinic the week of Sept. 12. Timing of the clinic has been set to match the reopening of the Morgan Hill Aquatics Center for its fall season and the return to training of all Mako age group swimmers. This is a great opportunity for kids to have fun while learning what it is like to be part of a swim team.
Tryouts are free. Swimmers should be able to swim one length of the pool, wear a swimsuit, and bring a towel. The cost of the clinic is $15, and includes a souvenir Morgan Hill Swim Club t-shirt and swim cap.
Sign-ups for the clinic will take place on Monday Sept. 12 from 4 to 5:30pm. The clinic itself will take place on Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 5pm.
Aquatics Center staff will also be available to answer questions and accept enrollments in the lessons, introductory water polo, and fun & fit recreational programs taking place this fall at the center.
