Charles “Chuck” Prandi

Born July 1st 1933 in San Francisco and raised on the Rancho Quien Sabe Ranch in Tres Pinos, outside of Hollister. He graduated from Hollister High in 1951. Joined the US Air Force in 1953.

Prandi joined the Marin County Sheriff’s office in 1959 and faithfully served the county for 36 years.

Prandi was preceded in death by is first wife, Lila (Douglas) Prandi and his second wife Jeanette Prandi.

He is survived by his four children, Chuck and Monique Prandi of San Rafael, CA; Anet Prandi of Cozumel Mexico; Melissa Prandi of San Rafael, CA and David and Dolores Prandi of Petaluma, CA.

Four Grandchildren: Alex, Vanessa and Isabella Prandi, Matthew Borries, as well as his sister Isabel Valenzuela.

A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held on Saturday April 18th, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Raphael’s Church in San Rafael reception at San Rafael Elks Club.
