Werner (Wayne) Wengert, 72, of Loveland died at 1:30 A.M. on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital.
Wayne served on the Morgan Hill City Council from 1972-1978 and as Mayor 1979 – 1980.
