A 3,400 plant rural marijuana operation – that police estimate is worth $10.2 million – turned into a violent crime scene Thursday morning when deputies shot a Hispanic man associated with a pot farm operation near Mount Madonna County Park south of Highway 152 before arresting him several hours later.

Volunteers are urged to join the search for Sierra LaMar or any evidence pointing to her whereabouts Saturday.

This method keeps them safe from its sharp talons and allows one person to maintain control while feeding it pieces of rodents with forceps. It can sometimes be a messy process, and after feeding time is over, baby needs its face and beak washed up.
