Dear Editor,
El Toro would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Comcast and their employees for reaching out to us on Saturday, Oct. 2. Throughout the United States, Comcast employees reached out to their communities by giving of their time, talent, and hard work.
The employees and their families arrived at El Toro early on Saturday morning to beautify the El Toro grounds. We appreciated all of their efforts, but most especially the positive attitude of giving back to the community that each employee demonstrated.
They wanted to be here and they truly showed through their fine example that they authentically “cared” about our children and school.
El Toro will always remember and cherish their many acts of kindness and of giving.
We thank them for their time, flowers, entertainment, and food as well. We celebrate them and say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our children are so proud of what you have done for their school.
As a school, we believe in working with our community and look for ways to involve them.
We are grateful that we had such a wonderful partner to share this day. Their efforts will resonate day after day throughout our campus!
