Auto burglary: The Ford Store on Condit Road reported two cars on the lot were broken into and a generator and copper plumbing were stolen from trucks on the property. The report was taken at 7:40am.
Vandalism: A business on Mast Street reported someone painted graffiti on the business’ roll-up door. The report was taken at 9:49am.
Burglary: An employee
of a service station maintenance company reported four of the company’s air machines were broken into on July 24 and July 25, and approximately $1,000 was taken. The report was taken at 10:05am.
Stolen vehicle: A resident of Terracina Apartments reported her friend picked up her Volvo to take it to be serviced the day before and never took the vehicle to the garage or returned it. She also told police her friend threatened to beat her up if she called the police. The report was taken at 1:34pm.

Grand theft: Copper wiring and copper pipe were stolen from a house under construction on Espana Court. The report was taken at 8:02am.
Burglary: A construction trailer on a site on Arguello Avenue was broken into overnight. Sprinkler fittings and valves were stolen. The report was taken at 9:20am.
Fraud: An employee of the Valero station on Monterey Road reported a suspect passed a counterfeit $100 bill. He told police the suspect had other $100 bills with him. The report was taken at 12:21pm.
Petty theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported her purse was stolen at Sobrato High School. The report was taken at 1:42pm.
Fraud: A resident of the Woodland Estates Mobile Home Park reported he received a call telling him there was a package for him if he paid $499.99; his checking account was charged the fee without his knowledge. The report was taken at 2:40pm.
Stolen vehicle: A Morgan Hill resident reported someone stole their Honda Accord from the parking lot at Morgan Hill Foods. The report was taken at 3:42pm.
