Following an investigation, Gilroy Police and detectives from the Morgan Hill Police Department recently arrested two men on suspicion of illegal narcotics activity.

On Aug. 14, officers served a search warrant at a home on the 7200 block of Alexander Street in Gilroy. The warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation conducted by the Gilroy PD Anti-Crime Team, says a press release from the Gilroy Police Department.

During the search, officers seized narcotics and arrested two adult males, police said. One of those arrested was at the residence in possession of a stolen firearm.

Both men were arrested on suspicion of felony charges. Police identified the suspects as Adrian Molina, 50, and Raymond Ramirez, 45, of Gilroy.

Police said the case will be submitted to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office for review.
