Vandalism: A resident of La Crosse Drive reported his vehicle was hit with paintballs overnight. The report was taken at 11:52am.
Oct. 30
Stolen vehicle: A resident of La Alameda reported their Chevy truck was stolen overnight. The report was taken at 10:48am.
Burglary: A resident of Diana Avenue reported she returned home and found her front door open and the door jam broken. She said her dresser drawers in her bedroom were open, but nothing seemed to be missing. The report was taken at 2:38pm.
Robbery: A Morgan Hill resident reported he was chased by two suspects, a male and a female, and they tried to stab him. He said he was able to get away, but thought the suspects went to the Morgan Hill Apartments at Wright Avenue and Monterey Road. He told police the suspects tried to steal an air compressor from him.

Petty theft: A cell phone was reported stolen from the Live Oak High boys’ locker room on Oct. 30. The report was taken at 2:56pm.
Restraining order violation: A resident of Cimarron Drive reported her husband violated a restraining order when he came to the residence and was “screaming” at her. The report was taken at 7:55pm.
Nov. 1
Vandalism: A Nissan Altima was “keyed” on Oct. 31 while parked at Sobrato High School. The report was taken at 12:03pm.
Petty theft: Two students stole a backpack form the boys’ locker room at Live Oak High School. The report was taken at 1:13pm.
Narcotics: A Live Oak High student was cited and released for alleged possession of marijuana on campus. The report was taken at 2:57pm.
Vandalism: A resident of Jasmine Way reported her front window was broken or shot with a BB overnight. The report was taken at 6:18pm.
Vandalism: A resident of Jackson Oaks drive reported someone damaged his mailbox. The report was taken at 6:34pm.
Arrests:
Richard Fernandez, 46, was cited and released on suspicion of driving under the influence. The report was taken on Oct. 15 at 7:56pm.
Benfred G. Herrmann, 81, was cited and released for alleged sexual battery. The report was taken at 11:12am on Oct. 18.
Victor F. Hernandez, 29, was cited and released for allegedly driving on a suspended or revoked license. The report was taken on Oct. 19 at 1:45am.
Dawna Harmon, 26, was cited and released for alleged petty theft. The report was taken at 2:39pm on Oct. 19.
Gardell B. Cory, 56, was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken on Oct. 20 at 9:16pm.
William E. Henderson, 35, was booked into Santa Clara County Jail for alleged grand theft, and Frank R. Ramirez, 28, was booked into Santa Clara County Jail for alleged grand theft. The report was taken at 11:16pm on Oct. 29.
George W. Cameron, 53, was cited and released on suspicion of driving under the influence. The report was taken on Oct. 23 at 11:15am.
