Peter Frank Filice was born in Hollister 8/8/1939. He was the only child of Emelia (Crocco) Filice and Pasquale Filice who were both born in Italy.
Peter married Mary Anne Matthews in 1966 and was blessed with a son, Charles Frank Filice (Catalina) and Anne Marie Filice Faria (Antonio). He loved his grandson, Pasquale Filice and step-grandson Omar Flores. He is also survived by his aunts Marguerite Tortorelli, Irene Peoni (Canada), and Rose Crocco (Gilroy).
Peter spent his life as a farmer and orchid grower until he retired. Peter’s loves were his family and friends. His passions were hunting, fishing and his 1960 Chevy Impala. Peter had the heart of fighter and the will of a survivor.
Friends are invited to visit with the Family beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 6th, 2012, at Sacred Heart Church 5th & College Streets, Hollister prior to attending a Mass of The Resurrection commencing at 11:00 A.M. Inurnment, Calvary Mausoleum.Memorials are preferred to the Community Foundation (Frank & Agatha Felice) c/o Grunnagle Ament Nelson 870 San Benito St., Hollister.
