Pete passed away on Wednesday, January 11th in Albuquerque, NM. Pete was born in Crystal City, TX and moved to California as a young boy.
He enlisted in the Marines and fought bravely over seas in the Korean War in 1952 – 1955.
Pete lived by the Marine Corp values, he loved his country and worked hard every day of his life.
Pete worked as a superintendent contractor building homes from Pacifica to Monterey. Pete retired to Albuquerque where he spent his final days.
Pete is survived by his partner of 32 years, Mercedes Monteavaro; his children: Sally, Peter, Ruth, Josephine and Owen; his brothers: Robert, Raymond and Valentino; his sisters: Clara and Lupe; and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 11:00 A.M.
at Oak Hill Cemetery, San Jose with burial to follow.
