Scientific literacy made the American Revolution
As you and your friends and family get set for the Independence Day celebrations here in the South Valley, I hope you’ll take a moment to think about the great American experiment we are a part of today. OUR VIEW: Food trucks for the 4th
Cheers for the great addition to one of our community’s best events of the year. Food trucks are coming to the Freedom Fest. At Community Park when the July 4 fireworks show is, there will be “an amazing assortment” of food trucks, said Charles Weston, president of Independence Day Celebrations. So, hold on to that appetite, set up some lawn chairs and get ready to pick out your favorites from the bank of 10 food trucks which will feature everything from tri-tip sandwiches to Korean BBQ to specialty hot dogs. Nice going Freedom Fest folks!
