rugby team recorded a 44-5 victory over visiting College Park of
San Jose on Saturday. Junior fullback Dustin Muhn led the team in
scoring with 29 points on five tries and two conversions.
Rebounding from a loss in its home opener, the Live Oak High rugby team recorded a 44-5 victory over visiting College Park of San Jose on Saturday.

Junior fullback Dustin Muhn led the team in scoring with 29 points on five tries and two conversions.

Rounding out the scoring were junior flanker Mark Pimentel, senior 8-man Curtis Giaccalone, and junior wing Edgar Gomez, with a try each.

Leading the defensive effort were junior center Tommy Sparling, sophomore center Victor Kalata, and junior lock Tom Russo.

Live Oak continues Skyhawk Conference play the weekend of March 4-5 against powerful East Palo Alto.

Game time and location will be determined at a later date.
