will compete for Loyola Marymount in the NCAA Men
’s Water Polo finals this weekend at Stanford.
Former Live Oak High standouts Justin Coleman and Scott Marshall will compete for Loyola Marymount in the NCAA Men’s Water Polo finals this weekend at Stanford.

Coleman and Marshall, both 2002 grads, earned All-America honors and were named Tri-County Athletic League co-MVPs at Live Oak.

Loyola Marymount (20-10) earned an automatic berth into the NCAA finals by defeating Redlands 6-3 in the championship game of the Western Water Polo Association.

In its first game, Loyola Marymount will take on host Stanford (22-4) at 3:30pm, followed by UCLA (23-3) against Princeton (25-4) in the other semifinal match at 5pm. The winners will play for the championship at 2pm on Sunday. The third-place game will be played at 12:30pm. The national championship match will be televised live on CSTV.
