Jose Luis Gonzalez passed away in Batesville, AR. He was born in Gilroy and lived most of his life in Hollister. He was a graduate of Pinnacle School and worked in landscaping. His favorite pastimes were fishing and family barbecues. He is survived by his mother and father, Lupe Gonzalez and Louie Gonzalez of Hollister, his sisters, Cynthia Gonzalez and Sabrina Gonzalez of Hollister, his grandparents, Guadalupe Barrientos and Tomas Gonzalez of Hollister, his niece and nephews, Lizette, Abraham, Sebastian and Samuel and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cipriano Barrientos and Petra Gonzalez.
Friends can pay their respects on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 from 12:00 noon until 9:00 P.M. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. The Rosary will be at the funeral home at 7:00 P.M. The Mass will be on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Church. Friends can meet at the funeral home at 9:30 A.M. for a procession to the church.
Interment will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery.
