 Helen Charlotte O’Bannon passed away at the age of 75, in Bakersfield California. She was preceded in death by both parents; William and Helene O’Bannon and brother Robert Patrick O’Bannon. She is survived by nieces Lori Shockley and Lisa Benitez, many great-nieces and great-nephews, caretakers and friends.
