As per her wishes, there will be no services.
 Greta Hackney Sonniksen was born to Floyd and Lila Hackney on Valentine’s Day in 1935 in Oberlin, KS. The family relocated to Hollister when Greta was four years old. She attended Hollister Elementary School and was a a graduate of the San Benito High School class of 1953.
 She was married to Artie Sonniksen in 1957. Greta worked at the old Bank of California in Hollister and later moved across the street to the old Bank of America building in Hollister before moving to it’s current location. She later moved to Arlington, TX where she continued to work in banking.
 Greta loved to read and watch movie classics and she loved the Dallas Cowboys.
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Artie Sonniksen and her son, Kurt Sonniksen. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Sepulveda (Jerry) and her son, Dirk Sonniksen (Jenny). She is also survived by four grandsons, Cody and Cooper Sepulveda of Hollister and Finn and Beck Sonniksen of Austin, TX. Also by her brother Gary Hackney (Ruth) and a sister-in-law, Arlene Haselhofer as well as many nieces and nephews.
 She will also be missed by many friends.
