History: The law firm of Rusconi, Foster & Thomas was established in 1956. It’s been serving the areas of Santa Clara, San Benito, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties for more than 50 years. Each member of the firm serves or has served on a local or state committee of the bar and is active in other civic endeavors. Partners and associates include J. Robert Foster, John Crandall Foster, John C. Clark, J. Randall Toch, Ernest Rusconi (retired) and George P. Thomas Jr. (retired).
Services: The firm concentrates on civil matters with an emphasis on business law, real estate law, trusts, estate planning and probate.
Philosophy: Each member of the firm lives and participates in the communities of Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Hollister by serving in city and county politics chamber of commerce organizations, school boards as well as numerous legal boards and associations.
The firm’s commitment is to emphasize personal relationship of the attorney and client. The firm’s goal is to be a complete service law firm that can recommend support professionals, such as accountants, financial advisors and financial institutions. The firm also believes that “no problem is too small, nor any attorney too busy, that he or she cannot return a call the day that it is received.”
