Services will be held Friday, July 17, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., at St. Catherine’s Church, 17400 Peak Avenue, Morgan Hill, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations to Reach Out, C/O St. Catherine’s Church or the Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras Scholarship Fund at 409 Tennant Station, #150, Morgan Hill, CA 95037.
 Bradley Ross Spencer, 72, died suddenly at home on July 2, 2015.
 Raised in Mountain View, CA, he attended St. Francis High School and Foothill College.
 He joined the Morgan Hill Fire Department in 1965 and served as Fire Chief from 1974 to 1994. He was the founder of the Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras Festival and served on its board. The festival has raised nearly one million dollars for high school scholarships and grants.
 He is survived by his wife of 42 years, René; son, Devin; daughter, Brynne; beloved grandson, Aidan; brother, Robert Spencer of Vancouver, WA; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Richard Moore of Vancouver, WA; father and mother-in-law, Ray and Doreen Miller of Linden, UT and many relatives and friends who are going to miss his kindness and quick wit.
