Mike and Lynn Baxter and Lita and Ed Fox of Santa Cruz are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Nalani Marie Baxter, to Christopher Daniel Battaglia. Christopher is the son of Jim and Gail Battaglia of Santa Cruz.
The couple became engaged on May 25, during Chris’s graduation party, in front of families and friends held at the Battaglia’s residence. They plan to marry on July 5, the day of Nalani’s birthday.
Nalani graduated from Live Oak High School in 1995, and graduated from Chico State University in Food Services Administration. She is currently an assistant manager with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in San Jose.
Daniel graduated from Live Oak High School, and also attended Chico State University, and graduated from San Jose University in Recreational and Hospitality Management. He is currently an assistant manager with Enterprise Rent- a-Car in Scotts Valley.
