Arnold Brunetti passed away at the age of 81, on July 20, 2016, after a brief illness.
A native of Madera, he graduated from Fresno State University and moved to Santa Cruz County in 1962 where he began his career in civil engineering. Arnold loved and was dedicated to his profession, retiring just recently.
He loved LIFE and was dearly loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Arnold is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Colleen and their combined family of five boys: John (Alicia), Michael (Amy), Marc (Stephanie), Michael (Cara) and Steven, as well as five grandchildren and his brother, George (Pat).
Arnold was predeceased by his mother, Yolanda and father, Romildo.
Arnold was happiest when he was with his family, at their cabin at Lake Tahoe or going to the office where he excelled at mentoring and assisting everyone so they could be the best they could be. Arnold brought out the best in everyone he met. There was nothing he couldn’t fix and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. There are very few people who come into our lives who make such a positive impact. His spirit was generous, his heart was kind and he was truly an exceptional person. We who had Arnold in our lives, are grateful and blessed. We grieve his untimely passing and we are left with a deep sense of loss.
