Alain Pinel Opens New Office

Saratoga – Alain Pinel Realtors announced the acquisition of the assets of the Montclair office of Century 21 Heritage Real Estate Fine Homes & Estates in Oakland.

The purchase essentially doubles the size of the APR sales force in the prominent Oakland Hills, which includes Montclair, Piedmont and Berkeley. The acquisition increases Alain Pinel Realtors’ strength in Montclair from 22 to 47 Realtors in the market.
