Battery: A resident of Crossroads reported another resident put his hands on her thighs and pulled up her nightgown repeatedly. She told police he has been pressuring women residents to have sex with him and has come into her room at night while she is trying to sleep. The report was taken on Nov. 11 at 3:37 p.m.

Auto burglary: A resident of San Antonio Drive reported her vehicle was broken into an her purse stolen. She told police she had seen the suspect. The report was taken at 12:36 a.m. on Nov. 9.

• A resident of La Alameda reported the resident’s locked vehicle was broken into and the stereo was stolen. The report was taken on Nov. 9 at 8:56 p.m.

• A resident of Bayo Claros Circle reported someone broke into the resident’s son’s truck. CDs, a CD player and cash were stolen from the locked vehicle. The report was taken at 5:28 p.m. on Nov. 10.

• Someone stole a set of keys to another vehicle and a cell phone from an unlocked vehicle on Old Monterey Road. The report was taken on Nov. 11 at 8:13 a.m.

• A locked Mercury Villager van left overnight at the soccer complex on Murphy Avenue was broken into. A window was broken, and the stereo and speakers were stolen. The report was taken at 2:52 p.m. on Nov. 11.

• A resident of Wright Avenue reported the rear license plate was stolen from the residnet’s vehicle. The report was taken on Nov. 11 at 9:11 p.m.

Arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: James W. Wiley, 40, of Gilroy was taken to county jail. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and peeping after he was found looking into windows at the Inn at Morgan Hill. The report was taken on Oct. 15 at 12:50 p.m.

• Two 13-year-old Morgan Hill females, both Britton Middle School students, were cited and released. They were also charged with curfew violation. The report was taken at 1:41 a.m. on Oct. 19.

• Isaac M. Chapa, 19, of Gilroy was cited and released. He was also charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license, giving false information to an officer and driving an unsafe vehicle. The report was taken on Oct. 20 at 7:42 a.m.

Burglary: Two construction trailers at the Quail Creek development were broken into and various tools were stolen. The report was taken on Nov. 8 at 7:44 a.m.

• A construction trailer on Condit Road was broken into and items were stolen from a locked toolbox. The report was taken at 8:34 a.m. on Nov. 10.

• Someone broke into the Goodwill building, apparently using wire cutters to open the rear gate. It was unclear at the time of the report what was stolen. The report was taken on Nov. 10 at 1:55 p.m.

• A resident of La Mar Court reported someone stole a bicycle and a cell phone from the open garage of the residence overnight. The report was taken at 8:41 a.m. on Nov. 11.
