July 13

Auto burglary

• StriXe lounge, Tennant Station shopping center, 9:12am. A resident reported someone broke into his Chevy pickup while it was parked in the lot overnight, and stereo equipment was stolen from the vehicle.

July 14

Vandalism

• Cochrane Road, 12:03pm. A manager reported an ex-employee who was fired came into the store the day before, caused a disturbance and broke three bottles of syrup in the storage room.

Fraud

• Togo’s restaurant, Vineyard Town Center, 7:56pm. A customer left a credit card in the store July 10, went back to get it the next day, but it was not in the store. The card was used several times.

July 15

Burglary

• Tsuru Dental Care, Hale Avenue, 9:07am. Someone threw a rock through a window of the business and stole items from the business sometime during the weekend.

Vandalism

• YMCA daycare, Jackson Elementary School, Fountain Oaks Drive, 7:58pm. A window of the portable building was broken, and a broken bowling ball was found on the ground near the window.

July 16

Burglary

• Go Kids Morgan Hill, Crest Avenue, 7:23am. A window of the portable building was shattered, and someone entered the building and left the front door propped open.

July 17

Auto burglary

• Extended Stay America, Jarvis Drive, 8:48am. A locked vehicle was broken into while parked in the lot overnight. A window was shattered, and credit cards, bank cards, cash, luggage and a computer were stolen.

• Busch Semiconductor Vacuum, Sutter Boulevard, 12:54pm. An employee reported their van was broken into while parked in the lot, and two gas cards were stolen.

Fraud

• Executive Inn Suites, Condit Road, 6:21pm. An employee reported a suspect came into the inn on three separate occasions and attempted to use three different stolen credit cards.

Disturbance

• Ernie’s Bar and Grill, Monterey Road, 8:22pm. A resident reported a male suspect “sprayed” her car with rocks. She told police she drove to Ernie’s to determine who vandalized the car, and while she was there, an unknown male suspect climbed into her car, took her spare keys, and she had to pull him out of the vehicle.

July 18

Battery

• Crest Avenue, 2:10am. A resident reported a female juvenile punched the resident in the face causing a bloody nose. The resident refused medical treatment.

Auto burglary

• Jasmine Way, 7:18am. A resident reported their locked Hyundai Elantra was broken into overnight, and a wallet was stolen from the car.

• A 40-year-old male, July 7, 11:26pm on Monterey Road, for alleged domestic violence.

• A 17-year-old, July 8, 12:10am on Monterey Road, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

• Ali A. Malik, 25, July 8, 12:24am on Monterey Road, for alleged possession of a controlled substance.

• A 27-year-old male, July 10, 6:50pm on Bisceglia Avenue, for alleged domestic violence.
