Rita E. (Malo) Delorme, 83, of Lincoln, R.I., died Wednesday,
May 12, 2004, at Heritage Hills Nursing Centre, Smithfield, R.I.
She was the wife of Albert R. Delorme, whom she had been married to
for 56 years. Born in Pawtucket, R.I., she was the daughter of the
late Theodore S. and Helen E. (Robillard) Malo.
Rita E. (Malo) Delorme, 83, of Lincoln, R.I., died Wednesday, May 12, 2004, at Heritage Hills Nursing Centre, Smithfield, R.I.

She was the wife of Albert R. Delorme, whom she had been married to for 56 years. Born in Pawtucket, R.I., she was the daughter of the late Theodore S. and Helen E. (Robillard) Malo. Rita had lived in Morgan Hill from 1977 until moving to Lincoln, R.I. in October 2000. She had previously resided in Pawtucket. She was employed in the marking room and was a checker for the former Shartenberg’s, Outlet Company, New York Lace Store, Lorraine Mills and Moore Fabrics. She enjoyed reading, day trips and vacationing.

Besides her husband she leaves behind a son, Raymond J. Delorme of Cranston; a daughter, Suzanne H. Palmieri of Groton, Conn.; a brother, Albert A. Malo of Pawtucket; a sister, Claire H. Bouffard of Lemoore.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Leo O. Malo.

The funeral was May 15 at the William W. Tripp Funeral Home, Pawtucket. Funeral Mass was at St. Jude Church, Lincoln. Burial followed at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
