Stolen vehicle:
• A Jeep Wagoneer was stolen from Burnett Avenue where it was
parked overnight near the entrance to the Madrone Mobile Estates.
The Jeep was left unlocked. The report was taken on Dec. 17 at
9:54pm.

•AHK Electronic Sheetmetal, Inc., on Jarvis Drive reported a company truck was stolen over the weekend. The report was taken on Dec. 20 at 11:50am.
Charges not filed
• A Morgan Hill resident who was arrested in September and booked on charges of assault and battery and a felony weapons charge was discharged and not officially charged. The District Attorney declined to file charges against Rene Sanchez, 35, of Morgan Hill due to lack of evidence. The statute of limitations for misdemeanors is one year and three years for a felony charge.
