About 2 p.m. Sunday, a woman drove her 2004 gold Jaguar through the front glass wall of the coffee shop. She told police she couldn’t remember what happened but thought she mistook the gas pedal for the brake.
“It was pretty shocking but these types of things happen now and again,” said Sgt. Jim Gillio.
Only one customer was in the store at the time and no one, including the driver, was injured, he said. Police said the accident was not alcohol related.
