A draft of the long-term capital financing plan for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is now available for public comment.

Known as the Transit Capital Investment Program, the document lays out a timeline for major transit projects in Santa Clara County and identifies anticipated sources of revenue to fund improvements over the next 30 years.

The public comment period closes on April 15. A hearing on the plan is scheduled for April 22.

The TCIP is available for viewing at the VTA’s administration office at 3331 N. First St., San Jose, and on-line at www.vta.org.
