Fourth Street’s a mess – help!
"Red Phone, how about repairing all of the potholes, graffiti and garbage on E. 4th Street where everyone parks and dumps garbage? There are a few homes down that street, and there is always broken glass, garbage and damaged sidewalks. It's still part of downtown even if you leave your car there! We have seen used baby diapers, empty bottles and cake plates left in the street from Grange Hall parties too."
