Marta M. Dinsmore earns certification

Marta M. Dinsmore with Intero Real Estate Services, Gilroy, has earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. The National Association of Realtors® offers the SFR certification to Realtors® who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows. Yes, Five Guys is still planning to open

“Red Phone, back on May 4, you reported that Five Guys Burgers and Fries signed a 10-year lease to open in the former D’Vine Jazz and Wine location in the Madrone Village Shopping Center. But, the other day on my way to Red Robin for a burger – yes I love burgers – I stopped by to check on the progress. Much to my chagrin, there’s a sign out front that says “Space Available.” Did the deal fall through? Are they still planning to open up here? Please shed some light as I can’t wait for it to open?”
