Garcia Torres’ plea hearing postponed to Aug. 29
Antolin Garcia Torres’ appearance in court was waived for his hearing in San Jose Tuesday, and the judge scheduled an Aug. 29 court date to discuss the murder suspect’s request for unspecified records from Verizon that could be related to the disappearance of Morgan Hill teen Sierra LaMar.

Red Phone: What’s the rule on parking trailers long-term?
“Hey Red Phone, what about the unattached trailers parked on city streets? I thought trailers had to be hooked up to a vehicle. There is a trailer parked on Ninth Street between Chestnut and Alexander streets for at least one month. Police don't seem to care about enforcing parking violations. Sierra’s suspected killer scheduled to plea Tuesday
The Morgan Hill man accused of killing 15-year-old cheerleader Sierra LaMar will appear in court for a plea hearing Tuesday morning.
