South County wineries are hosting the second Passport Weekend of the year Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The paving of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Hale Avenue in north Morgan Hill will continue to affect traffic throughout the month of October, according to Santa Clara County staff.

Morgan Hill police arrests

The Santa Clara County Animal Shelter, located at 12370 Murphy Avenue San Martin, is in need of as many ice packs as it can get due to the recent heatwave South County is experiencing. There are currently a number of cats being housed outside do to the shelter's recent surplus of homeless felines.
