Community Christmas concert
The Community Christmas Concert, sponsored by St. Catherine Catholic Church and the Morgan Hill Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, features some of the most talented performers from all over South Valley. ‘Hallelujah to Ya’

West Hills children’s musical

Advent Lutheran Church choirs performance

Spanish Ministry of the Gilroy First Baptist Church’s Christmas lunch

Sixth Peace Convention
On Sunday, December 8th, 2013, the American Muslim Voice Foundation is presenting its 6th Peace Convention at Chandni Restaurant in Newark, California. The AMV Foundation’s conventions have successfully united many multi-faith leaders, scholars, public officials, authors and ordinary citizens whose choices made them extraordinary heroes. For one day, these people from many walks of life share viewpoints and compelling personal stories that extol the strengthening power of peace.
Home for the Holidays
REDUCED ADOPTION FEES: The FOSMAS Board of Directors voted to again hold our "Home for the Holidays" promotion. Adoption fees are reduced to $50 for kitties 6 months and older through Sun, January 5th (extra donations gratefully accepted). The adoption fee for kitties under 6 months is still $125. These fees help with the costs of de-worming, de-fleaing, vaccinating, testing, spay/neuter, and microchipping.
Murder in the wedding party throws plans into question
DEAR ABBY: My fiancee and I are getting married next summer. Last summer, my closest friend -- a woman -- was murdered. Her husband was charged with the crime. Both of them were to be a part of the wedding party. The husband, "Frank," was to be my best man.
Fake pregnancy lures man into a live-in relationship
DEAR ABBY: A friend of mine faked a pregnancy to get a man to stay with her. Once he moved in, she told him she'd had a miscarriage. She even went so far as to name this so-called baby.
