Local cops arrest men Monday on suspicion of having sex, giving
drugs with two underage girls
Morgan Hill – Two Morgan Hill men are in custody in Santa Clara County Jail for alleged sexual acts with two teenage girls.

Morgan Hill police Sgt. David Swing said Thursday that the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against Alejandro R. Ramirez, 26, and Sotero H. Ramirez, 19.

Alejandro is charged with felony penetration with a foreign object and providing drugs to minors, also a felony. Sotero is charged with felony penetration with a foreign object.

According to Swing, the girls, ages 15 and 16, left a home Friday night at approximately 9pm and walked to the area of Monterey Road and John Wilson Way, near Uesugi Farms, where they met up with the two men, who apparently work at the property. The girls were allegedly looking for cigarettes, so Alejandro bought cigarettes and beer, and the four of them went to an outbuilding on the property, where they allegedly drank and performed sexual acts. Cocaine was allegedly shared with the girls.

Later, Swing said, the group moved to the Economy Inn on Monterey Road.

The incident came to light Monday, when Santa Clara County sheriff’s deputies were called to the girls’ home because they were fighting. When questioned about the fight, one of the girls told a deputy about what happened the previous Friday, and MHPD detectives were called in to investigate.
