On behalf of the Live Oak Band Boosters, we would like to thank the community of Morgan Hill for another successful crab feed. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food while listening to marvelous music provided by the Live Oak Jazz Bands, directed by Greg Bergantz. In these times of tight budgets, it is especially heartwarming to see the support for our music program that comes from throughout the community.
Thanks to all who generously donated silent auction items: Cherisse’s Hair Salon, Make It Mine, Amanda Tewes, Lily’s Salon, Sinaloa Café, Pampered Chef/Kris Friebel, Frey Family, Mr. Bergantz, the Ford Store, Friebel Family Alumni and the Buddhist Temple for the use of their facility.
We are also grateful for food and beverage donations from Guglielmo Winery, El Toro Brewery, Las Palmas, Safeway and the Pride of San Juan.
Special thanks to the Morgan Hill Times for helping us publicize this event and for all of the great coverage of the Emerald Regime Band and District music programs in your newspaper. All proceeds from this event support the Live Oak Bands and Color Guard.
