Sobrato Bulldogs

Sobrato remains perfect in Santa Teresa Division play—showing no signs of a let down from its dramatic five-set thriller against Pioneer—defeating Santa Teresa in straight sets Thursday night.
The Bulldogs improve their record to 10-5 overall and 6-0 in league play, holding a one-game lead over Pioneer who also won on Thursday.
Sobrato wasted little time against the Saints, blowing them out in the first two games 25-12, 25-11 and winning a comparatively tighter 25-18 third set.
The Bulldogs now move on to face their rivals Tuesday night, traveling to Live Oak for a 6 p.m. first set serve.
Sobrato returns home next Thursday to host Prospect to conclude the first half of league play.

This affected Live Oak boys and girls water polo and Sobrato girls golf on Thursday as all three were cancelled.
The Live Oak homecoming game scheduled for today against Leigh has been relocated to Leigh High School. Homecoming will now take place Oct. 21 against Oak Grove, which is the last home game before senior night on Nov. 11.
