hitting her, and she told police she has bruises all over her body.

Vandalism
• A resident of the 200 block of Wright Avenue reported a rock was thrown through the rear window of her vehicle overnight. The report was taken on Sept. 3 at 9:55am.
• A resident of the 500 block of Calle Siena reported the resident’s GMC Yukon was “keyed” on the driver’s side of the vehicle and the rear of the vehicle; the number “4” was etched into the paint. The report was taken at 8:30am on Sept. 8.
• Another resident of the 500 block of Calle Siena reported her three vehicles parked in her driveway were “keyed” last night, a BMW, a Lexus SUV and a Chevy Tahoe. A number “4” was reportedly etched into the vehicles overnight. The report was taken on Sept. 8 at 8:57am.
• Pet Station on Monterey Road reported someone threw a rock through the window of the business, and this is not the first time something like this has happened. The report was taken at 6:33pm on Sept. 8.

n Joshua A. Phillips, 23, of San Jose, on Aug. 24, on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving without a license, both misdemeanors.
• William Brehm Miner Jr., 52, of 15075 Murphy Ave., San Martin, at 12:12am Sept. 2 on Condit Road north of Tennant Avenue, for DUI.
• Richard F. Paganini, 53, of Santa Monica, arrested at 31114 Fourth St., Sept. 3 for driving under the influence of alcohol.
