Arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence: Todd Howard, 43, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. The report was taken on Oct. 29 at 2:08 p.m.

• Christopher Little, 33, of San Jose was taken to county jail. He was also charged with driving without a license, no headlights and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. The report was taken oat 11:16 p.m. on Nov. 7.

Arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: Erik Ruiz, 35, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. The report was taken on Oct. 31 at 5:04 p.m.

• Rigoberto Ayala, 24, of Los Banos was taken to county jail. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and felony parole violation. Juan Ramierez, 23, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail. He also had outstanding warrants. Rebekah Henry, 20, of San Jose was taken to county jail. She also had a parole hold. Raul Maldonado, 22, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. The report was taken at 7:33 a.m. on Nov. 14.

Robbery: Joseph Castro, 22, listed as a transient and Jimmy Castro, 26, of Morgan Hill were taken to county jail charged with attempted robbery. The report was taken at 9:10 p.m. on Oct. 31.

Arrests and citations: A 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released to parents charged with possession of tobacco, possession of marijuana and possession of a weapon (knife) after an incident at Live Oak High. The report was taken on Oct. 24 at 1:16 p.m.

• Brian Sandoval, 20, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with resisting arrest. He also had outstanding warrants. The report was taken at 3:27 p.m. on Oct. 24.

• A 17-year-old San Martin male was cited and released charged with challenging to fight and assaulting a school employee after an incident at Live Oak High. The report was taken on Oct. 25 at 9:42 a.m.

• Rafael Garcia, 41, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken at 11:05 a.m. on Oct. 27.
