off in the locks. There are security cameras that recorded the
suspect(s). The business was broken into within the last year. The

• A construction company reported someone broke into a house under construction at a site at Shafer and Hill Road. A $15-20 fixture was stolen. The report was taken at 12:06pm.

• A resident of Claremont Drive reported her Nissan X-terra was vandalized the week before. She told police someone “keyed” profanity on it. The report was taken at 12:13pm.

• South Valley National Bank reported someone cashed a forged check. The bank has a security camera that recorded the suspect. The report was taken at 2:26pm.

July 7

• A resident of La Jolla Drive reported the resident’s Plymouth Voyager was “keyed” the week before. The report was taken at 10:57am.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her 17-year-old daughter had made allegations that her boss made sexually suggestive comments to her and another co-worker. The resident told police her daughter said her boss had also touched her inappropriately.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported a gym bag was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in the Tennant Station parking lot. She told police a window of the vehicle was left open. The bag contained clothing, makeup and shoes.

July 8

• Two windows on the back side of P. A. Walsh School on W. Main Avenue were broken. The report was taken at 2:53am.

• Sun Valley Market on Monterey Road was broken into overnight. Lottery tickets and a cash register were stolen from the business. The report was taken at 4:13am.

• A resident of W. Main Avenue reported someone destroyed a bench in front of the residence, tried to break a light and bent some gutters. The report was taken at 9:03am.

• A resident of E. Main Avenue reported someone put sugar in the gas tank of the resident’s new Toyota Tacoma. The resident told police there were problems with the neighbor over the past few days. The report was taken at 10:06am.

• The El Toro Youth Center on Crest Avenue reported someone took a senior citizen parking sign and “rammed it through” the front window. The report was taken at 10:30am.

• A resident of Calle Mazatan reported the residence was “egged” by someone the resident’s daughter knows. The resident gave police the name and address of the suspect. The report was taken at 11:13pm.

July 9

• A Morgan Hill resident reported someone broke into the resident’s unlocked Honda Accord overnight while it was parked on Butterfield Boulevard. A skill saw, extension cord, tool bag and tools and muratic acid were stolen. The report was taken at 8:39am.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her locked PT Cruiser was broken into while at the Marie Callendar’s restaurant on Sutter Boulevard. A rear window was shattered, and a camera and camera bag were stolen. The report was taken at 10:58am.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported his Haro bike was stolen from outside the 24 Hour Fitness Club. The resident told police the bike was locked. The report was taken at 4:31pm.

• A resident of Church Street reported the residence and the house were egged. The report was taken at 10:24am.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported the resident’s son was threatened with a knife while at summer school at Live Oak High. The resident told police the suspect, known only as “Henry,” had threatened the son before. The report was taken at 12:54pm.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported someone took a $500 check she had given to a realty company and used it to pay a bail bond at Bad Boys Bail Bonds. The report was taken at 1:33pm.

July 12

• Nordstrom School on E. Dunne Avenue reported someone broke a window in one of the classrooms. The report was taken at 7:01pm.

• Wells Fargo Bank in the Safeway grocery store on E. Dunne Avenue reported a female was trying to cash a stolen check. The report was taken at 8:24pm.
