Auto burglary:
• A resident of the 17200 block of Grand Prix Way reported the
resident’s unlocked Mazda Protege was broken into overnight,
and

house papers,

bills and other documents were stolen from the unlocked Protege.
The report was taken on Jan. 21 at 7:23am.

• Someone entered an unlocked Honda Civic parked in the 19100 block of Saffrom Drive overnight and stole tools. The report was taken at 8:11am on Jan. 22.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported the resident’s Ford minivan was broken into while the resident was working out at the 24 Hour Fitness Club in Tennant Station. The passenger window was shattered, and the resident’s purse was stolen. The report was taken on Jan. 22 at 1:31pm.

Stolen vehicle:

• A resident of Cabernet Circle reported he left his Acura Integra unlocked in front of his residence the night before at 8pm, and he just returned to find the Integra missing. He told police he did not give anyone permission to take the vehicle. The report was taken on Jan. 17 at 9:05pm.

• A resident of the 17700 block of John Telfer Drive reported his motor-scooter was stolen from in front of the residence. The report was taken on Jan. 18 at 8:16pm.

• A Nissan stolen in San Jose was recovered at the Cochrane Chevron on Cochrane Road. The report was taken at 11:13am on Jan. 19.

Burglary:

• Someone cut the lock off of the storage shed at the La Crosse Village Apartments on Village Way and stole a lot of equipment. The report was taken on Jan. 19 at 9:49am.

• El Capri restaurant on Monterey Road reported someone broke into the business overnight through a side window, and money was stolen. The report was taken at 10:23am on Jan. 20.

• A resident of Woodland Estates Mobile Home park reported a squatter was evicted and various items have been missing since. The report was taken on Jan. 20 at 12:26pm.

Child Abuse:

• Child Protective Services reported a 9-year-old Morgan Hill girl was possibly molested by her father. The report was taken on Jan. 17 at 1:47pm.
