Threats: A resident of the Madrone Mobile Estates reported he received a bomb threat over the Internet. He told police the suspect, who allegedly lives in Hollister, left his name, address and phone number on the e-mail. The resident said the suspect told him how he was going to build the bomb and how he would possibly use it. The report was taken on Dec. 23 at 6:22 p.m.

Burglary: A resident of the 2200 block of Brega Lane reported that someone broke into her locked garage. She could see pry marks on the door. The report was taken on Dec. 16 at 8:42 p.m.

• Another resident of the 2200 block of Brega Lane reported her garage was burglarized. She noticed a “broken” side door in the morning and told police a 24-pack of Pepsi and her cell phone were taken. The report was taken at 8:41 a.m. on Dec. 17.

• A resident of the 16900 block of Sorrel Way reported his garage was broken into during the day. A screwdriver was apparently used to enter by the side door. The resident told police a Redline bike, valued at approximately $350, some power tools, a toolbox were stolen from the garage, along with a camera and sunglasses from the vehicle that was parked in the garage. The report was taken on Dec. 17 at 3:29 p.m.

• Another resident of the 16900 block of Sorrel Way told police someone attempted to enter his garage; the outside door had pry marks on it. He also told police three of his neighbors’ garage doors have pry marks on them. The report was taken at 3:44 p.m. on Dec. 17.

• A resident of the 16500 block of Del Monte Way told police when she arrived home she saw a male running out the back door of the house. She said the stove was on when she entered the house, but she didn’t know right away if anything had been stolen. The report was taken on Dec. 17 at 8:29 p.m.

• A cash register was stolen from the Fat Cat Cafe. The person who reported the theft told police the back door of the restaurant was unlocked when he came into work. The cash register contained approximately $100. The report was taken at 3:57 p.m. on Dec. 18.

• A resident of the 100 block of Bender Circle reported his locked home was burglarized. The home was apparently entered through a window. Tools were scattered all over the garage, the VCR was broken and $800 speakers and CD changer were stolen. The report was taken at Dec. 19 at 4:29 p.m.

• Someone from Graphic Concepts of San Jose on Church Street reported that someone broke into the business over the weekend and stole eight different sizes of sockets, two impact wrenches, two air wrenches, an air chisel, an air nibbler an air gasket, two spray guns, two desktop computers and software. There were no signs of forced entry. The report was taken at 3:35 p.m. on Dec. 23.

Vandalism: Someone reported the playground equipment in Jackson Park was vandalized. The report was taken on Dec. 17 at 3:14 p.m.

• A resident of the 500 block of E. Central Avenue reported someone destroyed the four decorative reindeer in her front yard and pulled down all the lights in a tree. She estimated damage to be $450. The report was taken at 8:07 a.m. on Dec. 21.

• Someone reported her van window was smashed while it was parked on Manor Court. The report was taken on dec. 22 at 7:40 p.m.

• A resident of the 1100 block of Easy Street reported his pickup was vandalized. He told police the rear window was smashed. The report was taken at 12:51 p.m. on Dec. 23.

Tampering with a vehicle: A resident of the Madrone Mobile Estates reported the rear license plate stolen from the resident’s Olds Cutlass. The report was taken at 11:23 a.m. on Dec. 18.

• A resident of the Acacia Mobile Home Park reported someone stole the registration sticker from the resident’s vehicle license plate. The resident also told police the suspect cut through the license plate and stole “one character” from it. The report was taken on Dec. 19 at 12:04 p.m.

• An employee of Community Tow reported a license plate stolen from an impounded vehicle. The report was taken at 3:55 p.m. on Dec. 23.

Battery: Someone reported a fight with another female at the Petco. She told police she was kneeling down when the female spit on her. She told police they got into a fight and were wrestling on the floor when a male pulled the female off of her. She said the male told her he was a Sheriff’s Office deputy, but she didn’t remember his name. The report was taken at 12:48 p.m. on Dec. 20.

Auto burglary: A resident of the Terracina Apartments reported her locked vehicle was broken into overnight. She told police a rock was thrown through a window, and her cell phone, cell phone charger, two pairs of rollerblades, a portable CD player and a CD case. The report was taken on Dec. 17 at 9:08 a.m.

• South County Chevrolet reported two vehicles, a Chevy Trailblazer and a Chevy Metrovan, were broken into. The flip-down television monitors were taken out of both vehicles. The report was taken at 12:39 p.m. on Dec. 17.

• The manager of Alpine Recreation reported several locked motorhomes broken into overnight. There were no signs of forced entry on the vehicles. VCR’s and televisions were stolen from the motorhomes. The report was taken on Dec. 18 at 12:23 p.m.

• Someone reported his wife’s locked Mazda broken into while she shopped at Millers Outpost. The man told police windows were broken and many personal items were taken. The report was taken at 7:03 p.m. on Dec. 21.
