• Reynaldo Barboza, 21, of San Martin was cited and released. The report was taken on Dec. 29 at 12:32 a.m.
Arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: Michael Lunau, 45, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. In the same incident, Joseph Carosella, 35, of Morgan Hill was also cited and released for the same charge. The report was taken on Dec. 16 at 1:05 p.m.
Arrests and citations: A 14-year-old Morgan Hill female was cited and released for disturbing a school fire alarm at Britton Middle School. The report was taken on Dec. 12 at 10:31 a.m.
• A 14-year-old San Martin male was cited and released charged with fighting in public, and, in the same incident which took place at Britton Middle School, a 15-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released for challenging to fight in public. The report was taken at 2:41 p.m. on Dec. 12.
• A 16-year-old San Jose male was cited and released to his father for suspicion of being drunk in public and possession of marijuana. The report was taken on Dec. 16 at 9:53 p.m.
• A 15-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with burglary and possession of stolen property, and a 14-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with burglary. The report was taken at 8:32 a.m. on Dec. 17.
• Alejandro Jaramillo, 33, of Hollister was cited and released charged with embezzlement. The report was taken on Dec. 18 at 8:36 p.m.
• A 12-year-old Gilroy male was cited and released to a guardian charged with petty theft, and in the same incident, a 14-year-old Gilroy male was cited and released to a guardian for the same charge. The report was taken at 5:04 p.m. on Dec. 19.

• Adrian Ramos, 26, of San Jose was taken to county jail on suspicion of being drunk in public and several outstanding warrants. The report was taken on Dec. 31 at 7:07 p.m.
Burglary: The Cabinet Outlet on Monterey Road was broken into. Someone apparently entered the electrical room and destroyed wires, turned off the power and then went up on the roof. The report was taken on Dec. 10 at 9:12 a.m.
Vandalism: A School District maintenance supervisor reported vandalism to Britton Middle School. The report was taken on dec. 9 at 6:38 a.m.
Battery: A Morgan Hill resident reported she was arguing with her boyfriend, and her boyfriend pushed her and her daughter across the room. The report was taken at 5:14 p.m. on Dec. 9.
• A 28-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with domestic battery. The report was taken on Dec. 9 at 5:32 p.m.
• A 15-year-old Morgan Hill female was cited and released charged with two counts of battery after an incident at Live Oak High. The report was taken at 11:02 a.m. on Dec. 10.
• A 13-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with battery after an incident at Britton Middle School. The report was taken on Dec. 10 at 1:59 p.m.
• A resident of Hale Avenue reported her 11-year-old son is uncontrollable, throwing things in the house and threatening to kill his father, who does not live in the home, and saying he wants to die. The report was taken at 3 p.m. on dec. 10.
• A Gilroy resident reported that a coworker at the Best Western Country Inn hit her on the head and scratched her arm while she was at work. The report was taken on Dec. 10 at 5:13 p.m.
• A resident of Hale Avenue reported her fiancé punched her in the face and kicked her while she was on the ground. The report was taken at 6:42 p.m. on Dec. 10.
