MORGAN HILL POLICE
Battery: Four Live Oak students were involved in a fight on campus; two 17-year-old Morgan Hill females and one 14-year-old Morgan Hill female were cited and released. The fourth female was suspended. The report was taken on Sept. 19 at 12:09 p.m.
• A 32-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with spousal abuse inflicting corporal injury. The report was taken at 2:23 a.m. on Sept. 20.
• A 13-year-old Morgan Hill female was cited and released charged with battery on staff and refusing to leave campus after an incident at Martin Murphy. The report was taken on Sept. 25 at 2:22 p.m.
Arrests and citations: Miguel A. Sanchez, 18, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and being a minor in possession of alcohol; Jacob E. Horan, 18, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol; and a 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol. The report was taken on Sept. 21 at 9 p.m.
• A 17-year-old male, listed as a transient from Los Banos, was taken to juvenile hall charged with passing fictitious checks. The report was taken at 10:39 a.m. on Sept. 22.
• A 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with disturbing the peace at Live Oak High. The report was taken on Sept. 22 at 5:37 p.m.
• Richard Esquival, 19, Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with driving with a suspended license. The report was taken at 3:33 p.m. on Sept. 25.
• Rigoberto E. Silva-Chavez, 21, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with petty theft after an incident Target. The report was taken on Sept. 25 at 6:33 p.m.
• Marc Tolin, 53, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with brandishing a knife. The report was taken at 12:53 a.m. on Sept. 26.
• Thomas Gonzalez, 44, Vancouver, WA, was taken to county jail charged with threatening and resisting an officer. He also had an outstanding warrant for giving false information to an officer. The report was taken on Sept. 27 at 12:34 p.m.
• Christopher A. Barcena, 28, of San Jose was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. He also had an outstanding warrant. The report was taken at 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 27.
• Vincent G. Benevento, 40, of Morgan Hill was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken on Sept. 28 at 4:08 p.m.
• A 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was charged with theft from a person. The report was taken at 7:10 p.m. on Sept. 28.
