An employee at Safeway Grocery Store at 235 Tennant Station Way
reported a man in his 40s comes to the store every day and buys
large amounts of soap. The man purchased two 24-packs of Dove white
bar soap Monday, and the employee said the customer is not clean.
The incident was reported 11:44 a.m. Monday.
