-Joaquin Rodriguez, 38, Dec. 31 at 9:51 a.m. on Vineyard Avenue was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

Elder abuse

-Frank Rocco, 55, Jan. 3 at 10:54 p.m. on Condit Road was arrested for elder abuse.

Evading an officer

-Robert Kirschner, 63, Jan. 4 at 6:22 a.m. at Blossom Hill Apartments was arrested for evading an officer.

Check fraud

-Daniel Montenegro, 31, Jan 8 at 2:54 a.m. at the corner of Monterey Roan and Madrone Parkway was arrested for check fraud.

Burglary
