• Auto burglary: MBM Building Maintenance on Caputo Drive reported someone broke into one of the company trucks overnight. Tools were stolen from the truck. The report was taken at 11:06am.
• Child abuse: A 13-year-old boy and his 3-year-old cousin are being physically abused by the boy’s mother and the mother’s boyfriend, he told police. The case was referred to Child Protective Services. The report was taken at 4:19pm.

• Auto burglary: A Morgan Hill resident reported their Mazda Miata was parked at Live Oak High School overnight and was broken into. A window was shattered, and a radar detector and money were stolen. The report was taken at 8:12am.
• Grand theft: Anaerobe Systems on Concord Circle reported a suspect in a white Dodge flatbed stole a tool from the back of the business overnight. The suspect was caught on tape. The report was taken at 9:49am.
• Vandalism: A resident of Fountain Oaks Drive reported a BB gun was used to damage a window of their Ford Explorer overnight. The report was taken at 2:37pm.
• Vandalism: A Morgan Hill resident reported someone threw something while she was driving in the area of Main Avenue and Hale Avenue, and it cracked her windshield. The report was taken at 6:35pm.
• Burglary: A resident of Christine Lynn Drive reported someone burglarized the house while they were gone. A microwave, computer, printer, DVD player and other items were stolen, and the house was ransacked. The report was taken at 10:39pm.
