Vandalism: The Morgan Hill Library reported gang graffiti in the men’s restroom. A staff member was able to give police a description of a possible suspect. The report was taken at 9am.

Auto burglary: A Morgan Hill resident reported her locked Saturn was broken into while she was in the Target in Cochrane Plaza shopping center. The stereo was stolen from the Saturn. The report was taken at 10:45am.

Battery: A resident of the Laurel Boys Home reported he is repeatedly beaten up by two other residents of the home. He showed officers bruises he received. The report was taken at 12:59pm.

Petty theft: A staff member of the Morgan Hill Library reported her purse was stolen from a locked office cubby. The purse contained credit cards, ID and $75 in cash. The report was taken at 6:13pm.
